Yoga covers a wide range of disciplines that improve strength,flexibility, breathing, stamina, relaxation and mental wellbeing.
There are many different forms of yoga, I teach Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga trains the body to be strong and flexible.
I include the following in my classes -
Balance & Centre - Starting with a guided breathing practice.
Stretch & Strengthen - Physical movements (asanas) - Working in stages towards a yoga pose.
Restore & Relax – Finishing with a guided mediation and relaxation.
